How to Prepare Gemstone Water with the Fluorite Tooth Set

1. Choose your water stones. You can use the fluorite stones from the tooth set individually or combine them with other suitable water stones. Our basic set of amethyst, rose quartz, and rock crystal, for example, is a nice addition.
2. Thoroughly wash the stones before use under running water, then place them in a clean glass carafe or a large, sturdy glass.
3. Fill the vessel with cold, still drinking water and let the gemstone water stand for a few hours. Only use cold, still water for this. Traditionally, a steeping time of about four hours is often chosen.
4. Drink the prepared gemstone water throughout the day. It's best to prepare only as much as you will consume soon.
5. Clean the water stones regularly. Wash them thoroughly with clear water and then let them dry completely. Traditionally, healing stones are also placed in sunlight to dry and recharge energetically.
