Description
Original temple chimes from Nepal! The cymbals, also known as Tingsha, were originally struck in Buddhist temples during rituals and prayers. They consist of two metal discs connected by a leather strap. Gently struck, the cymbal produces a clear, resonant sound. Nowadays, they are also used in meditations and sound massages here. The small cymbals are adorned with good luck symbols, which are further amplified by the clear, bright sound.
Cymbals are used in many religious and spiritual traditions during ceremonies, prayers, and rites. The sound of the cymbal serves as a spiritual tool to establish a connection to spirituality, focus the mind, and create a sacred atmosphere. Cymbals are also used as an energy tool. They help to clear energy, release blockages, and promote a harmonious energy flow in the body or in the room. The sound of the cymbal can help to create a positive and healing energy.
Handcrafted from bronze, these cymbals are inscribed with the most important mantra of Tibetan Buddhism: Om Mani Padme Hum.
"Om Mani Padme Hum" is often referred to as the mantra of compassion. It has deep spiritual significance and is recited by Buddhists around the world. It roughly means "Oh, jewel in the lotus, may you bloom in the heart." The mantra is often recited to cultivate compassion and expand one's consciousness. It is a powerful and meaningful mantra that represents a deep spiritual practice and is a source of inspiration, peace, and spiritual growth for many people.
The cymbals are not only a musical instrument but also a symbol of spiritual connection and harmony. They are often used in ritual ceremonies, meditations, yoga practices, and other spiritual events.
